This item provides two mechanisms for you to measure static pressure at the point of connection. The adapter can be threaded directly onto a test cock of a backflow preventer (be sure to note if you're upstream or downstream of the device). The included adapter can be used if a hose bib is available for pressure testing (more common for residential).
Item is meant to be used with the Universal Pressure Gauge with the schrader adapter
Note: The paperwork for certification asks that you provide POC pressure data.
